Iskra Paskalova- Nanovska- project manager and human resource coordinator

 

Iskra Paskalova- Nanovska graduated at the Institute of Sociology, at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. She is certified as a consultant in administrative/strategic/tactic planning and managing of human resources after finishing a specialist training at the Institute of Management Support b.v. in Weesp, Netherlands. In Milano, Italy, Iskra has attained further qualifications for strengthening her organisational capacities through human resources. She has a vast experience in the field of personal assistance, as well as a trainer at seminars and lectures in the fields of administrative management, administrative communication, managing people, and administrative planning and strategies.
She came to “Pianoforte” in 2013, and took over the function of organising the school. She controls the implementation of policies and the realisation of school plans. As a lecturer she regularly organises and conducts trainings for the staff, in order to accomplish team efficiency and uniformity in the methodological approach.
